The limited selection made it difficult to find something that truly appealed to my taste preferences. I would have appreciated a wider range of options to choose from. Parking was also a problem during my visit. Finding a spot nearby proved to be quite challenging, adding a level of inconvenience to the dining experience. Overall, while Thattukada in Northampton offers an okay ambience, there are areas for improvement, particularly in terms of food freshness, variety, and parking availability.
The food was awesome! We ordered the panam kallu (just as we expected), fried frog legs, deer kandhari, and ayala fish curry with kappa & porotta. Everything was perfect. Great service, and it was so peaceful, probably cuz it was a weekday. Loved the selection of songs in the background. Felt like we were actually in Kerala! A couple of things: some dishes were unavailable, and the bathroom smelled bad. But overall, I'd totally recommend this place.
